Do I need to wax my car? Why is it important?

I need to cancel my APPOINTMENT. What next?
We understand that you live a busy life. As long as you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, you won’t incur a fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there’s a 50% late fee.
What if I’m not happy with the detailing services?
If you’re unsatisfied with your detailing, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to fix the problem to ensure your satisfaction!
What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment? Now what?
We’ll wait for the weather to pass or reschedule your appointment (no fee).
What do I need to do prior to my scheduled appointment?
You’ll need to take and send (text or email) 4-6 photos of your vehicle prior to your appointment. This allows us to estimate the time it’ll take to complete your service and prepare our tools accordingly. Please remove all personal items from your vehicle to ensure nothing is misplaced.
Do you serve in my area of residence or workplace?
Currently, we can only serve at your place of residence. We must have access to water and electrical outputs in order to complete the detailing.
